Mark Wahlberg was arrested for beating up a blind man and nearly killing him. He recently showed extremely cockiness when he sought out a pardon. Of course, the prosecution lawyer, Judith Beals, insists he didn't deserve it and he was able to escape the charge without doing any jail time. Beating a man blind is certainly non-reprehensible.
